Who determines the retail price of my book?
The retail price of a book is determined by page count and cover type (hard or soft). The price is not printed on the book, so that you may sell your book at whatever price you choose. The retail price is, however, imbedded in the barcode, so that retailers and bookstores will know how to price your book.
