Founded in 2001, Advantage Books is a pioneer in the field of digital print and digital publishing technologies. Most in the publishing industry still do not understand what we do or how we do it. In fact most have very negative things to say about our processes. However, they only mock and demean what they don't understand. Our printing, publishing and distribution process works because we are committed to end waste. We are perhaps the only book publisher in the nation who could be certified as friendly to the environment or as a "Green Publisher." That phrase (Green Publisher) simply does not exist, because until now, no one could even imagine that a book publisher who cuts down trees and prints ink on paper could be friendly to the environment.

The fact is, waste dominates the printing and publishing industry. More than 35% of books that are printed end up remaindered or destroyed. That is because conventional publishers print books in hopes of selling them. Advantage Books prints books only when they are sold. Even daily bookstore orders! How can this be? How does it happen? How can you fulfill orders in a timely manner with no inventories?

If you are reading this hoping I was going to tell you, you are mistaken. I am not going to give up our trade secrets for others to steal or follow suit. Suffice it to say, we do and we can. No other publisher does it exactly our way and while our process will probably one day be the publishing direction of the future, we are proud to say we are the first to do it.

Some ridicule and mock what we do, however, fear and ignorance is the fuel for ridicule and rejection of many new ideas. Most people thought Bill Gates was crazy thirty years ago and now he is the richest man in the world. I do not know if Advantage Books is the Microsoft of the publishing industry, only time will tell if that is true. All I know is that while others cast aspersions and negativity, we march on with a clear and concise plan to publish quality books in a cost effective manner with no waste. Our overall goal is to reach the lost with words of teaching and encouragement from God's word. The fact that we try to do it as cost effective and environmentally friendly as possible is only because we care about the world God created and that we live in.

Advantage Books' authors are some of the finest in the industry. The quality of our books is unsurpassed and the marketing and distribution we offer is equal to any other publisher in the industry.
